Welcome to the Lot! This may be a spoiler, but this has to be our most favorite “Pages Reads” yet. As well asĀ our quickest! In the beginning of our episode we do a brief update of our current reads and we reminisce about a time Knowles made Smith and Dustin breakfast. Ahhh back to it, This is Pages Reads: Salem’s Lot. Before we jump into out review we chat briefly about Robert Heinlein’s “Job: A Comedy of Justice”, Ernest Hemingway’s “The Sun Also Rises”. Smith tries to explain not having a “King-thing”. Knowles also talks about Stephen King’s “On Writing: A Memoir of the Craft”.

Spooky Sleepover

We, like always in a timely fashion, chat about our “Pages Reads:” book of the month for October. Smith chose aptly themed book The Haunting of Hill House, by Shirley Jackson. Chalk this up to dating, or poor dialog, but we sort of had mixed feelings about this one.
